Pillar To Post Home Inspector Roger FultonRoger Fulton

When Roger Fulton was 19 years old, he purchased a 100 year old home in Windsor, ON, and the home was in terrible condition. This is the home that started Roger on his path to renovation and restoration. Throughout the years, Roger has spent time as an insurance broker and small business owner, but he always came back to his love of home renovation.

For many years, Roger’s primary business became  buying and renovating homes, so he started to take home inspection courses with his free time. He excelled at his coursework and inspections came naturally, due to his previous experience. His wife suggested that he become a home inspector, as his passion for inspection was greater than his passion for renovation. When apprenticing with home inspectors, Roger’s path crossed with Steve Sipos, a professional Pillar To Post home inspector. Steve and Roger began working together, and when Steve decided to retire, Roger happily took over the business. Roger and his experienced team at Pillar To Post Niagara have completed over 10,000 home inspections.

One of the things Roger Fulton enjoys most about home inspection is being able to teach new homeowners about the basic maintenance a home requires, and hopefully instilling some confidence and useful information about the home. It is important to Roger to provide a comprehensive inspection, focusing on the identification of any costly repairs, safety issues, and recommendations for preventative maintenance.

When Roger isn’t inspecting homes, he can usually be found at Home Depot, on a soccer field with his children, tending to his garden, or spending time with his wife of 20+ years.
